These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and ReserveOptionsGroup Global Limited ("ReserveOptionsGroup", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating as an intermediary offering online and offline access to trading in Over-the-Counter ("OTC") derivative instruments.

By registering for an account, accessing our platform, depositing funds, or executing any trade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility

To use the services provided by ReserveOptionsGroup, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence. You must not reside in a jurisdiction where access to or use of our services would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

2. Account Registration

To access our trading services, you must register for an account and complete our verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.

3. Trading Services

ReserveOptionsGroup provides access to trading in various financial instruments including forex, cryptocurrencies, indices, metals, and commodities through Contract for Difference (CFD) products. All trading is executed on the MetaTrader 5 platform.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading CFDs and other leveraged products involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading. You may lose more than your initial investment.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via multiple payment methods. All funds must originate from accounts in your name. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.

6. Fees and Charges

Details of applicable spreads, commissions, and other fees are available on our Fees page and within the trading platform. ReserveOptionsGroup reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the ReserveOptionsGroup platform are owned by or licensed to ReserveOptionsGroup. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReserveOptionsGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, system failures, or third-party actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

ReserveOptionsGroup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
